Resumption

It's almost over.. It was a much needed break indeed, and I am indebted to the individuals who made it truly memorable.. But everything comes to an end at some point, as will this most joyous holiday.

Life off-campus is certainly less luxurious, but I am adapting pretty quickly. A couple of my friends from Drake (Julian & David) arrived at the airport around the same time as me, and they're here for a short vacation. So I've basically been trying to give them the best taste of the windy city, taking them around town. It's also nice to see some familiar faces around the university, but I guess I wouldn't be spending much time with them anymore now that I live off campus.

As far as my studies are concerned, I'm pretty blank at the top right now, so I'm gonna have to brush up and revise in the coming few days. I'm also looking forward to my doorguard training tomorrow. More updates on the doorguard job sometime soon (And for starters, my job does NOT require me to carry a baton and patrol the building as some of you figured.. lol). I guess there isn't much for me to say for now. New photos will be updated on the slideshow soon, so watch out for that. Over and out!
