Much has gone by, and much more worth a mention here. Yet time reduces them all to the wonderful memories that remain. Quality over quantity, perhaps.. I feel blessed to be in the company of this wonderful bunch of colleagues at Aker Solutions.. most of whom I'd readily consider as friends. With the workload taking a dip in recent times, we have somehow managed to spend more time at and around the workplace doing fun things together; foregoing the option of simply jetting off homewards once work is over.
The things we do.. the various sporting and outdoor activities, weekly movies, kara-oke sessions and even the casual chats over lunch and dinner certainly help in taking the edge off especially after those stressful work hours. I won't deny that the thoughts of departing for good have crossed my mind on numerous occasions due to various reasons, and the strongest counter-thought on most (if not all) of those occasions is of having to detach myself from this camaraderie.
Here's to the few joyful months we've spent together, that are somehow filled with a decade's-worth of memories; yet look to have passed much, much to quickly..
